Please read these terms carefully before you start using the site. By using my site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use please refrain from using my site.
I welcome collaboration with other businesses and websites, but please ask me if you want to link to my website. use my photographs and/or text.
All images of artwork products and photography are (c) Jannine Neale since 2000. Reproduction of any of these images are only allowed if the artist Jannine Neale has authorised in writing that you are able to do so. I will also retain a copy of this agreement.

I Jannine Neale am the data controller of your personal information as it relates to my website, Etsy and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
When you place an order form me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on any of my social media platforms including, facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and twitter, I will receive your username and email address.
Th only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purposes, other then this listed below. Or add you to any mailing list without you prior consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are as follows:
-With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
-With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
-To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to customer orders for six years to comply with law and for tax purposes. After this time I will delete your records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Safeguarding
Any reference material sent to me ie; personal photographs of family members, scenery etc for the purposes of commissioned artworks are handled safely and securely. Any images are Password protected and stored safely on email. All images are deleted immediately after the order has been completed and approved.
Payment for Goods
I accept Paypal through my website. You do not need to have a paypal account to use Paypal and I do not have access to your debit/credit card details. I can also take payment via BACS and cheques made payable to Jannine Neale. If customers wish to pay by either of the latter means please contact me to arrange payment. I will not begin making products unless funding is in my bank account, this can take up to ten days in the case of cheque payment. Product prices are subject to change, without notice.
Delivery
I aim to dispatch all orders within ten working days of receipt of order. Larger orders or during busy periods, I will use discretion and keep you up to date with delivery information. If you require your order sooner then the ten days, please contact me and I will see what I can do.
I use Royal Mail for my products and record delivery if necessary. For trade orders or delivery outside of the uk please contact me for a price before placing an order. I aim to keep packaging costs to a minimum and try to use recycled packaging wherever possible, without compromising on quality.
Returns
If you change your mind I offer a 14 days return policy on goods (excluding personalised or bespoke orders) and products should be returned in a saleable condition, at the customers expense. Refunds will only be issued once the goods are recieved.
Faulty Goods
Please contact me immediately if a product arrives faulty or develops a fault within a 3 month period. I may offer a full refund, offer a replacement (Subject to availability) or repair a product. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. Please note that my products are made by hand and should be treated with upmost care and consideration.
Cancellations
I always send an email confirmation of the goods being dispatched, therefore orders cannot be cancelled once this email has been sent.
Privacy Policy
I do not disclose "buyers" information to third parties. I will add you to my own mailing list and send occasional emails. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please let us know. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and delivery information. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to "tools / internet options / Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies; you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
